Mr. Lance Cederström,

Following your contact with our Pousada in Vila Nova de Cerveira, I'm sending you our Price List for 2003/2004 as well as the half board rates, extra bed, reservation, payment and cancellation conditions:

Half board rates per pax from our "Menu Pousadas" (drinks not included):

• Regional Pousadas EUR 23
• Historical Pousadas EUR 26

Extra Bed conditions:

• Children from 0-2: free cot
• Children from 3-12: plus 15% of the double room rate
• More than 13 years old: plus 30% of the double room rate

Reservations, Payment and Cancellation Conditions for Groups:

• In the act of the reservation you must send us a valid credit card references (number and validity);
• Until 180 days prior to arrival date, you have to make a deposit of 50% of all requested services;
• Until 60 days prior to arrival date, a second deposit of the remaining 50%;

If a reduction of the total number of rooms is done less than 180 days prior to arrival date, there will be a cancellation fee of 50% from the equivalent amount corresponding to the complete stay in the cancelled rooms;
If a reduction is done less than 60 days prior to the arrival date the total amount corresponding to the complete stay in the cancelled rooms will be charged, including meals.

All other matters will apply to Pousadas' General Booking Conditions.
